All MAISON DRESSAGE products are handcrafted using traditional artisanal techniques and premium vegetable-tanned leather sourced from Italy and France.

Due to the natural characteristics of the materials and the handmade nature of our production, slight variations in color, texture, grain, or finish may occur from one piece to another. Natural markings or subtle imperfections in the leather are part of the material’s character and contribute to the uniqueness of each product.

Every item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Please note that colors displayed on screen may vary slightly depending on device settings and display calibration.

READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 business days from the delivery date.

If the item presents a manufacturing defect, return or exchange shipping costs will be covered by MAISON DRESSAGE.

If no manufacturing defect is found, shipping costs related to returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Products marked as “MADE TO ORDER” are crafted specifically upon request after purchase confirmation.

These items may only be returned or exchanged in the event of a manufacturing defect.

Any request must be communicated within 14 business days from the delivery date.

CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS

Custom-made products, including personalized sizing or modifications agreed before purchase, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
