SHIPPING

All orders are processed in Paris, France from Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

All products available on our website are shipped within 4 business days after payment confirmation.

Products marked as “MADE TO ORDER” are crafted after payment confirmation and require approximately 6 business days to be completed and shipped.

Custom orders (including personalized sizing or agreed modifications to one of our products) may require additional production time depending on the type of work involved. Please contact us for further information.

DELIVERY TIMES

Please note that delivery times may vary. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, our Customer Service team will always do its best to assist you and find a solution.

Orders shipped within Italy are usually delivered within 1–3 business days from the shipping date.

Orders shipped within the European Union are usually delivered within 2–5 business days from the shipping date.

SHIPPING COSTS

We use express courier services for both domestic and international shipments, working with major carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, BRT, and others.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

Shipping within Italy is free on all orders.
